Xavier Buzieux knows his city and, with finesse and consistency, places the cursor where it should be: true gastro cuisine, with fairly simple ingredients, in a short menu well managed by a skilful chef and good taster: a small feast with the Gris menu at 46 €, with varied attentions (appetizers, tarragon sorbet by way of trou normand) and well-constructed plates: marinated tuna combawa lemon ginger candied vegetables, duckling fillet leg in pie, bigarade peach rosemary, strawberry pavlova crème diplomate... Interesting cellar with personal choices and well-placed small skittles.
