Gourmet Restaurant A chic stopover on the port in this beautiful contemporary setting with a popular terrace. Here, the focus is more on foie gras and langoustine than sardine and whelk, though the menu does offer a taste of local fish, with fish jelly soup, brandade focaccia and rouille ice cream, and original dishes (langoustine in a mayo tandoori roll, grilled guacamole, head ketchup and Meyer lemon, veal sweetbreads with carrot, immortelle panna cotta, veal juice with immortelle...). Well-prepared desserts in the same spirit, with a well-stocked cellar in and around Patrimonio.
