Gault&Millau's review2026
A chic table on the harbor that honors the host. A dinner at La Gaffe is inevitably a small event in a vacation, and it's important to appreciate this somewhat exclusive moment. In fact, the cuisine is well worth its weight in gold, with langoustines plancha, bass carpaccio, crispy line-caught tuna with puffed rice and miso eggplants. The "galet de Nonza" (chocolate ganache with hazelnuts from Cervione) is a good outcome, and the patrimonio references are good.
