Original Restaurant Jonathan Mollion has a great sense of hospitality, making his table the place for joyful agape, where the pleasures of glass and plate mingle in a complicit mood. The compositions are multi-layered, with tradition at the start and the zeitgeist at the end, well blended to express the season. On the menu, a mosaic of leeks and white asparagus with camelina oil and linseed, black Burgundy poultry, wild garlic from Bois de la Combotte, roasted garlic cream and petit épeautre from Marc Billotte, passion fruit cream with ginger powder, crumble and spiced meringue. Lunch menu €24.
