Chef's Restaurant The butcher's shop that acts as the entrance hall to the table says it all about the house's intentions, this spirit of authenticity and authenticity that refers to the importance of the product, the immediacy of pleasure and the fundamental intervention of the artisan. Laëtitia Visse seems to have found the right balance, offering an experience full of goodness and gourmandise, a very French moment where guilt is not allowed. Passing the small shop, you enter a beautiful bistro-style room with a patio at the back, where you can choose from the classic à la carte dishes, all of which are perfectly executed: a superb pâté en croûte, a very generous bavette with a shallot sauce and potato mousseline, and a chocolate, praline and banana cake. The suggested meats are also worth discovering: simmental rib-eye, herdshire prime rib... The cellar is top-notch: Albert Mann, Tabordet, Sulauze, Matthieu Barret, Gramenon, Revelette, Sylvain Pataille, Chantal Lescure, Marcel Lapierre and more.
