Gourmet Restaurant A restaurant that's very much in tune with the times, perfectly suited to demanding vacationers and locals alike. Johann Dubernet, while relying on the products of the moment, knows how to vary pleasures with finesse: ceviche of large wild shrimps, tarragon grapefruit, avocado, corn, tchuli pepper, beautiful pearly cooking for monkfish, piperade, fried garlic, black garlic, apple vinegar and smoked oil, Kintoa ham, before a simple and fresh dessert, raspberry, verbena, yoghurt, mint. Very professional welcome and service from Isabelle Dubernet in this bright, uncluttered space, with a well-stocked, well-balanced cellar.
