The cuisine of Jean-Marc Bourgeois and chef Frédéric Collin nevertheless knows how to get out of the village to find good products from elsewhere, put on the air with respect and care, like the crab in cotriade jelly, lemon gel and miso-tomato, the golden duckling a la plancha, beet and plum, reduced with red wine from the estate, or the Madagascar vanilla millefeuille from a good €45 Découverte menu.
