A bulwark of local and French tradition in the stylish atmosphere of this historic 16th-century hotel, restaurant and bar. It's a pleasure to review the updated menu, well served in a relaxed, chic atmosphere: trout and sweet potato tiradito, foie gras nougat with port jelly, duck breast with gastrique sauce, fillet of Charolais with Kerala green pepper sauce, chocolate soufflé with pouring heart. Good "La Signature bourguignonne" menu at €45, well-stocked regional cellar.
