Gourmet Restaurant Every city has its unmissable addresses, where people invariably go from generation to generation. This chope is one of them, supplying the city with fish and seafood since 1902, and preserving for image a fine Art Nouveau aesthetic without excess. Comfortably seated on the old-fashioned banquettes, diners will find familiar flavors decently rendered: fresh crabmeat, grapefruit, avocado, red bell pepper coulis and pistou, pan-seared mild cod, eggplant caviar, tomato confit, pistou, sole a la plancha with seaweed butter, beuchelle with chanterelle mushrooms. Platters and oysters to share.
