Gourmet Restaurant To the south of Livron, this splendid stone building in the heart of the village is now a hotel with a historic appearance, and a bourgeois, flower-filled restaurant. Sylvain Croce is developing a warm Drôme experience, with vaulted ceilings, wood, linen and a rustic chic decor that makes you feel at ease. The dishes are well thought-out and in tune with the times, such as ceviche of sea bream with citrus fruit and mango avocado sorbet, red mullet parmentier with black olives and eggplant, pan-seared Iberian pig filet mignon and gnochetti risotto with green asparagus, or vanilla panna cotta with chia seeds and candied peach with rosemary. Good accompaniment by the glass.
