Chef's Restaurant A place of great historical charm, perfectly fitted out and decorated by the Pourcel brothers to offer Montpellier residents a variety of chic atmospheres to suit the moment. And this Bistrot, always full, is the proof. Whether you're nibbling or sipping, the pleasure is the same, and the menu, like the service, always delivers: carpaccio of calf's head, mimosa egg and leek vinaigrette, open raviole of langoustine with morel mushrooms and asparagus, clementine bisque, veal fillet and sand carrots... You'll be able to pick and choose from this fine €65 formula, and you'll be able to follow the advice given to avoid getting lost in the vast cellar, which is oriented towards the Languedoc vineyards.
