It's an elegant, lively place, one of those where Montpellier's out-of-towners like to hang out. It's the "Brasserie des Pourcel", or rather a second restaurant with an elaborate menu, in the very chic Hôtel Richer de Belleval, a historic site perfectly decorated and modernized by the inspiration of the two brothers. Here, you can indulge your imagination and carefree spirit, wandering freely through a menu to suit all tastes, without risking getting off track: quail stuffed with foie gras in an autumnal samoussa salad with mushrooms and quinces is generous enough, like a cheerful salad, while langoustines in open raviole (a little cooked) are accompanied by a Jerusalem artichoke and vanilla jus, before a simple seasonal dessert of melting apple, rice mousse and milk jam ice cream.
