Chef's Restaurant Jérôme Roy delivers on his promise of "light, natural, gourmet" cuisine in a modern, tasteful setting. The service is square and professional, the young staff try to keep up with the times, and a great deal of attention is paid to the customer's well-being. On the plate, very good work, well mastered, with some Asian influences, the foie gras des Landes, coriander and toasted sesame, fresh peach, melting and smoked eggplant, the good, classic in appearance but subtly spiced, roast rack of lamb with nine spices, toasted almonds and fresh mint. Fresh Touraine strawberries, sorbet, rosewater compote, meringue and flat parsley cream, also nicely enhanced with a dash of Madagascar pepper. Nice cellar, wine by the glass a little expensive, atmosphere a little stuffy to reinforce an ambition of standing.
