Chef's Restaurant Olivier Da Silva's talent - and perhaps his good fortune - lies in his ability to recognize Suzanne Waymel's, who was named Jeune Talent two years ago, and who now leads the Odas kitchens in a well-functioning tandem. The place has character, at the foot of the cathedral, and charm with its privileged terrace right in the center of town. Open menus (the house's, not the customers'), hidden until the last minute, from €50 (for lunch) to €120 depending on the number of courses, a well-organized cellar and service in the right tone.
