Saint-Tropez has definitely gone Italian, and most chic tourists, whether arriving by yacht or Lambo, won't complain. In this luxurious bastide, a top-of-the-range trattoria has taken the place of the old, classic L'Olivier gastro restaurant. Under the guidance of a Milanese chef, you can enjoy low-temperature octopus, tagliatelle vongole with datterino tomatoes and bottarga, paccheris with lobster and fritto misto, with the primary aim of providing a convivial experience with service worthy of the Bastide. Classic desserts, a cellar of great French and Italian references.
