Gourmet Restaurant This is one of the good news stories of this pedestrian thoroughfare, with the creative ideas of chef Céline. Her cuisine is rather contemporary, in a well-constructed bistronomic style. The plates also have the advantage of meticulous presentation, from snacked king prawns, freekeh risotto, chorizo, king prawn tartare and Timut pepper sorbet, to low-temperature monkfish and cold yellow tomato and corn soup, Chinese cabbage stuffed with poultry and shiitake mousseline, poultry supreme and bok choy, and finally a revisited raspberry cheesecake, tarragon heart and Breton shortbread. Menu €39.
