It's the essential table for Mayenne locals, and the occasion for a gastronomic feast quite unique in the region. For the past fifteen years, Isabelle and Nicolas Nobis have been offering local epicureans these fine moments in a contemporary setting of understated elegance. The chef, following the times, proposes a short menu of seasonal produce, with which he weaves the different menus according to the number of dishes: scallops in two ways, snacked and Jerusalem artichokes, poached with acidulated juice, the fish of the moment, orange butter radish red meat candied orange paste, hazelnut-crusted veal, grilled toadstool, sliced juice with hazelnut butter, cracking chocolate cloud coconut passion sorbet...
