Chef's Restaurant Nicolas Nobis' career is impressive: Loiseau, Jeunet, Blanc, which is evident in his seasonal cuisine, which favors quality and precision on the plate. Tastes are straightforward, highlighting the product without distorting it, through classic alliances: chanterelle mushrooms and egg, lobster and tomato, which the chef can sublimate with a lettuce celtuce. The wine list takes us on a journey to renowned winemakers, and the selection is rigorous. Last but not least, the desserts are far from forgotten, with poached peaches and fine honey tuiles.
