Chef's Restaurant It's to Charles Thuillant's credit that he brings to life a personal and, one might even say, stylish cuisine for a tourist public that doesn't always demand as much. Nevertheless, over the years, a bond and habits have been forged, and the chef, with his wife Mi-Ra, offers all the pleasures of a double culture in a pretty setting right in the center of town. A good lunch menu at €45, with the essentials to be found in the 3-course menu at €78, which offers a choice: marinated fish with mango passion condiment, organetti with tom-kha kaï sausage broth and fennel condiment, fish of the moment, broad beans with peas, strong fish juice, strawberry wasabi pavlova. Rather well-stocked cellar with good options from most regions. The former restaurant room has been transformed into a boutique selling a variety of objects, gifts and products.
