Remarkable Restaurant As we pointed out last year, Magali and Stéphane Dattrino took a new direction last year. Today, they're the boss inside the city, the discreet chef in a house that doesn't make a fuss, but performs with every service. Admittedly, with hidden menus, which simplifies the work considerably, but also increases the quality of the product all the more easily. And if you flirt with the Expression Gourmande formula at €95, the trout confit with celery, curry and horseradish, the crispy sweetbreads and the chocolate dessert will convince you that this is a chef of great stature, yet always modest and wise. The cellar has been refined over time, with a number of serious references from all regions.
