One of those family-run inns with a Burgundian heart that must, of course, be preserved. On the banks of the canal, the carefree lifestyle and the honesty of the plate make for a good time based on enduring values: a friendly welcome and service, an unpretentious atmosphere and updated traditional recipes: oeufs meurette, snails in Chablis sauce, frogs in parsley sauce and fries in beef fat, ballottine of free-range chicken stuffed with artichoke in a creamy Parmesan sauce.
