One of those family-run inns with a Burgundian heart that must, of course, be preserved. On the banks of the canal, the carefree lifestyle and the honesty of the plate make for a good time around enduring values: the kindness of the welcome and service, the unpretentious atmosphere and the updated traditional recipes: oeufs meurette, snails in Chablis, frogs in parsley sauce and fries in beef fat, ballottine of free-range chicken stuffed with artichoke in a creamy Parmesan sauce. Good menu at €38, a toque this year.
