Original Restaurant It's like a family-run waterside guinguette where you can taste Burgundy in all its gourmet simplicity: eggs en meurette and peasant bacon, frogs in parsley sauce fried in beef fat, low-temperature pork cooked for 60 hours. The cuisine is sometimes a little too formal, when we'd like to see even more local specialties on this fine €35 menu.
