Gourmet Restaurant Well-placed yet discreet, this Epicurean restaurant for connoisseurs gives you the opportunity to discover Alsace's terroir. On the plate, but also in the glass, thanks to an erudite cellar that collects the region's fine winegrowers, not forgetting the good references in champagne and burgundy. The service is well-paced, the plate is a little mannered, but the overall effect is good: foie gras de canard à l'olive noire et citron confit (duck foie gras with black olives and lemon confit), fresh and in the right quantity, a risky but successful "terre et mer" (land and sea), entrecôte de veau et gambas sauvages (veal entrecôte and wild prawns), sweet potato mousseline, roasted vegetables, lobster and veal sauce, beautiful meat and a creamy mousseline for a plate that could be less busy, before a pleasant seasonal dessert of pan-fried mirabelles, vanilla ice cream and speculoos.
