Gourmet Restaurant A chic brasserie that's as popular as ever, it's a trendy meeting place where Albigensians gather for every occasion, whether it's lunch with colleagues, a romantic dinner or a special occasion. With its large terrace and contemporary-style dining room, the address has what it takes to adapt to the moment. The cuisine is contemporary: croque-monsieur with old comté cheese and truffles, marinated langoustines, fried rice, vegetable rolls, wasabi mayo, Swedish reindeer, truffle jus, sautéed mushrooms, cep espuma and potato terrine, chocolate coulant and crispy tiramisù. A friendly atmosphere and a cellar as exciting as ever.
