This is a fine Italian restaurant in the Saint-Paul district, led by Emanuele Tamussi, an expert in Italian traditions. The chef's extensive menu features classics from all over the country, so you can travel without leaving Paris. These include prosciutto San Daniele, Venetian-style sardines, meatballs, pizzetta with fresh truffles, calamari alla livornese, then spaghetti alle vongole, risotto with green asparagus, mussels, parmesan and horseradish crumble, baked sea bass, sautéed vegetables and sauce vierge, beef fillet, arugula, cherry tomatoes and parmesan, coffee and marsala tiramisù. Good service.
