Gault&Millau's review2025
Set in the Château Voltaire hotel, this is the fine Parisian brasserie that the neighborhood has been missing, well managed by a seasoned team who make no mistakes, either in the birth of the plate, or in its delivery by a meticulous service. This typically modern yet wisely classic menu comforts all the sorrows and soothes even the biggest appetites in a very studied setting flirting with the Art Deco genre: yellow tail carpaccio, frogs' legs, beef tataki with chimichurri sauce, escalope Milanaise, pavlova, millefeuille, you can move from one era to another. Sunday is roast chicken.
