In the heart of the old town, a table that promises paradise, despite a little sin of gluttony proposed by Anglo-Canadian chef David Ludden. Interesting proposals and suggestions, from which we extracted the croustillant of sweetbreads with smoked bacon and pecans, celery mousseline and maple syrup jus, before a beautiful slab of roasted lean with dill and lemon, accompanied by green asparagus and granny smith, horseradish espuma and a crushed potato, finishing with a gourmet rice with coconut milk, mango tartar, lime and vanilla. Relaxed and friendly service, wine selection by the glass a little tight. One more point this year.
