Gourmet Restaurant On the quayside, in this shipowner's house (16th century) so typical of the town, you can choose between two rooms: a small, bright room with large windows opening onto a parking lot and the port, and a large, warm room with thick stone walls, beams and two fireplaces. When the weather turns gray, it's reassuring to be sheltered here! The kitchen has a naturally seafaring feel, with a touch of the land. Generous and diligent, it would nevertheless benefit from being more concise, less convoluted, to focus on the essentials. Braised veal sweetbreads, spiced up with a (very discreet) star anise infusion and spicy creamy risotto; monkfish sections highlighted by a tasty but somewhat lacking in density "Armoricaine"-style coulis and flanked by a host of home-grown vegetables and a useless epinard-safran blini. The signature dessert takes the form of a dacquoise that happily combines coffee and orange. Small, classic wine list. Adorable welcome and service.
