Gourmet Restaurant The desire to do well is palpable in this well-placed establishment, a quarter of an hour from Tours. Our successive reviews all point in the same direction: a rather interesting cuisine, a fine cellar, perhaps insufficiently enhanced (by the choice by the glass, by the proposed pairings). The toque is nevertheless well deserved for the pea egg, the good duck (a little overcooked) and the pleasant strawberry-pistachio dessert, in a pleasant setting with a natural, contemporary style.
