Gault&Millau's review2025
A great place to get out of town and take a stroll. This country inn in the Pic Saint-Loup vineyards is just what you'd expect, in terms of its harmony with the environment. The young chef offers simple, flavorful market cuisine: fresh, melting, well-seasoned vegetable millefeuille tian, Aveyron veal with market vegetables, pleasant "Ulchoco", a fondant cœur coulant named after the chef's first name, Ulrich. A well-stocked local wine cellar, with a good proportion of organic produce.
