Remarkable Restaurant Florian Favario and his wife Sandrine form a couple as passionate as they are fused, giving themselves body and soul to their beautiful home nestled on the Col de la Forclaz. In these beautiful surroundings, the chef chooses to cook in harmony with nature and the seasons, sourcing his produce mainly from local producers. Three fine toques again this year for this restaurant, which has opted for a single menu (€250), hidden and imposed, logically playing on the exclusive and eco-responsible nature of its concept.
