Remarkable Restaurant Like many of the region's fine restaurants, Florian Favario and his wife Sandrine have opted for the "hidden/imposed" approach, which here is taken to the extreme, as only one formula is offered, at €290. The plates (fortunately!) are well worth the investment, because the quality of the products is undeniable and the cooking and seasoning are never faulty.
