Gourmet Restaurant An inn that we still love to find in this village on the edge of the country, so charming with its tower and quays on the banks of the Meuse. Julien Ricail and his wife Élise run the Giv' & Mouettes gourmet inn and brasserie, offering a range of delights to suit every taste and every budget. The Inspiration menu is a fine example of their ability to reinvent themselves, with variations on cauliflower, salicornia, pickles and soy-marinated eel; cod, broccoli, steamed apples and muscat grape foam; half a free-range squab and its jus, polenta fries and multicolored beets; and a pan-fried plum, flan, white chocolate ganache and almond tuile. Suitable cellar.
