Chef's Restaurant He won a trophy last year for his regional bistro Les Griottes in Gevrey, but Guillaume Royer, as a distinguished MOF with experience of the grandes maisons, can raise the bar whenever he likes. And in his beautiful, modern country inn, decorated by local artisans, he can work to his heart's content on the dishes he likes, with selected producers, even if the offer remains modest in choice (3, 4 and 5-course menus).
