Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the old town, l'Atelier de Nicolas seduces with its decor combining plant-based creations and an original conversion of wooden crates of grands crus and other wine derivatives. The open-plan kitchen in the middle of the dining room makes for a convivial atmosphere, while the menu gives you an idea of the chef's background: Nicolas Epiard has travelled extensively in Asia, and draws inspiration from French cuisine by adapting it to Japanese or Thai cuisine. The result is Wellington-style bull kushikatsu or Asian-style avocado espuma. It's very fragrant without being too spicy, the products are of high quality, and for those who are resistant to world cuisine, you'll love the dessert of brioche perdue in all its forms. Very friendly and efficient service, eclectic cellar with small organic wines and a few grands crus.
