A friendly chartreuse in the heart of Saint-Émilion, offering market cuisine and a sunny terrace with panoramic views over the vineyards. The idea works well and we return for the pleasure of these well-made plates, a veal tartare, a crab salad with zucchini remoulade and fior di latte ice cream, a fillet of pollack with sauce vierge, half a duck breast with vadouvan flavor and mushroom perfume, a lemon and strawberry cream.
