Chef's Restaurant We've changed gear at this bourgeois inn near Sancerre. A highly professional team, a meticulous service, technical expertise, everything's going well at Boulleret... Delphine and Julien Médard welcome you to this discreet, elegant home. The plates are crisp and clear, just like the chef's signature dish, "like mimosa eggs", which has been transformed into a real treat. The monkfish from Guilvinec is perfectly pearly, accompanied by fennel in two textures and a characterful sauce made with moussette, and the strawberry dessert, with its chervil ice cream, is also a real standout. In the cellar, the region takes pride of place with the finest Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé wines, as well as a number of new discoveries.
