Chef's Restaurant A little over ten years after settling in this beautiful bourgeois inn in the heart of the Sancerrois region, Delphine and Julien Médard seem to have reached their cruising speed, surrounded by a solid team where everyone is in their right place. The chef scours the undergrowth in search of wild herbs, knows each of his suppliers, from bakers to winegrowers, likes to work with all products, and imagines a cuisine of great clarity, with well-structured menus. A fine cellar showcases the region, and Delphine Médard provides friendly service.
