A good bistro in the heart of Chinon, where you can enjoy classics such as escargots au gratin au bleu, entrecôte (PDO Maine-Anjou beef), andouillette à la fraise de veau, or Paris-Brest, as well as more modern versions like the Chinon burger or beef tataki. The execution is correct, justifying the toque without flying off the handle. The setting and decor are pleasant, and Chinon wines are well represented.
