Gourmet Restaurant This quietly chic downtown address is a must. For its unpretentious yet personal atmosphere, and for its cuisine, which strives for refinement without being overly complex: red tuna tartare with beet and basil, crispy garlic and ginger, poached turbot with leek, cauliflower mussels and curry beurre blanc, pigeon and foie gras puff pastry with sweet potato and roasted lemon. Prices are high, but most dishes on the menu are available as tapas, allowing you to try several different compositions. Small selection of desserts, extensive cocktail menu.
