Chef's Restaurant The big village house makes you want to settle down in a plush setting. Mickaelle Chouin is the perfect hostess and Thierry, her husband, prepares a sincere cuisine based on fine produce. Crunchy asparagus with a perfect egg (not quite perfect), a thin slice of raw yellow and chioggia beet, black radish and borage flower, dressed like a child's drawing; hake steak on artichoke purée, sucrine and duck grattons; then this soft saddle of rabbit, stuffed with brousse, a few pieces of squid, on an excellent kumquat jus. The small wine list is reasonably priced. Local wines at €20 (cuvée "Manon" rouge 2018 d'Olivier Ricard), terrasses-du-larzac rouge 2018 "Paresse" de Guillaume Gangloff, condrieu "Les Cassines" 2013, and a glass of Côtes-Catalanes blanc "Cadireta" domaine Lafage at €6 to accompany a pretty dessert at the end of the meal, mango coulis, pineapple, avocado cream and small coconut rocks.
