In a small village north of Sisteron, Mickaelle and Thierry Chouin's restaurant is a fine example of Provençal cuisine, both in terms of decoration and food. The seasonal menu proves that the chef always knows how to renew himself, featuring mousseline of saithe and squash velouté, retour de pêche with black pudding and creamed scallops, crispy calf's head, roasted vegetables, garlic and thyme jus, rice pudding with fleur de sel caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
