Chef's Restaurant Caroline and Sébastien Rémy, after many successful years in this now renowned establishment, have handed over the reins to Stéphanie and Luc, who have already been with us for several years. We've kept up the same high standards of cuisine, well integrated into the region, with quality products; the "toques" have been retained, notably through a good €39 menu, to be confirmed on future visits.
