Gourmet Restaurant On the charming medieval square, a restaurant that shows real ambition in setting itself apart from the region, particularly in its preparations, seasonings and recipes, favoring plant-based ingredients in an assertive bias: vegetable phô in Asian broth, mushroom gnocchi with alfredo sauce, vegetable teriyaki with miso sauce. A godsend for the canton, which can now travel around the world, while tourists in search of regionalism will find a few points of support, particularly in seasonal produce.
