The comfort of a mountain palace, a guideline of excellence, two chefs, Guillaume Duchemin and Davide Sessa, who turn the snow on its head with panache and ease. Dishes inspired by the grand bourgeois tradition, magnified by high technique, sauces like you've never seen them before, and desserts naturally inspired by master gunner Sébastien Vauxion.
