Jean-Christophe Perrin's table is one of the immediate pleasures of the area, a high-level bistronomic table, knowing how to make simple and good food with a real sense of aesthetics. The savoir-faire of this chef, who has worked with the likes of Rostang and Troisgros, is undeniable, and is revealed once again in this €48 menu, with zucchini flowers stuffed with Hattstatt bear garlic, zucchini set, pomelos and olives, wild boar hazelnuts from the Bildstœcklé hunt, apricot, carrot en papillote and snacked melon à la plancha, and finally a roasted peach with garden verbena, red fruit pavlova and pistachio espuma. Well-stocked cellar with Alsace and Bordeaux wines.
