Gourmet Restaurant A table in the beautiful, contemporary Heliopic hotel, the place combines beautiful mountain materials with a sleek, stylish design. Luminous, spacious and elegant, the dining room is home to Julien Binet's cuisine, inspired by the Savoie region with a certain research. The execution is equal to the ideas, both in substance and form, with salmon gravelax, quinoa with confit tomatoes, feta, raspberries and lemon paste, monkfish roasted with mild curry, fennel and tomato fondue, fried gnocchi and fennel salad, a veal quasi, dauphine potatoes, roasted cauliflower mousseline, chanterelles and apricots.
