Chef's Restaurant We have a particular fondness for this very local address where Georges Camuzet, in keeping with our own values, shows such a sense of conviviality and sharing. In this typical house in the historic center, you feel at home with friends even when you're alone. The menu may be a little less generous and truculent than in the past, but it always makes for a good time: tête de veau ravigote, celery remoulade with curry and haddock, pavé de veau du Ségala fregola and mushrooms, tarte tatin, panna cotta fruits rouges, in a three-course lunch menu at €27, with the evening menu showing a little more variety at €40. General wine cellar with a few well-known regional wines (Le Roc, Da Ros...).
