Georges Camuzet knows how to set a table, entertain and please. His home is a welcoming, old-fashioned bistro with its checkered floor tiles and voluble slate, in a cheerful atmosphere that warms the heart: tête de veau ravigote, snacked shrimps with black rice and bisque, confit pork belly with spelt and sautéed vegetables, with a tatin for dessert in the €29 lunch menu. In the evening, the menu expands even further in the spirit of celebration.
