Chef's Restaurant The spirit of Agape is about getting together and sharing. And we love these moments, especially in summer, when the pretty Place des Corps Saints is full and noisy, and you can savor the moment of a dinner at Anne and Julien Gleize's place. This easy-to-understand, popular yet elaborate gastronomy is the kind that delights and whets the appetite: vol-au-vent de boudin blanc quenelles champignons des bois sauce blanche et jus de viande, filet de bar raviole ouverte de pomme de terre aux épices douces et moules de bouchot, moelleux amande et myrtille marron fruits noirs et rhum blanc. A la carte, the choice leaves the field wide open for around €75, but most of the fine dishes can be found in a very good five-course formula at €65. Extensive wine cellar for connoisseurs throughout the valley.
