It's a magnificent house on the banks of the Lauch, remarkable for its unique trompe-l'œil façade. In this historic setting, chef Jean-Yves Schillinger (three toques at his JY'S table) unveils a very fine modern cuisine, executed by chef Benoît David. Intentions are very well executed: a timbale of fresh pasta, snacked prawns and lemongrass-scented curcuma sauce, a pavé of salmon trout cooked a la plancha, leek hearts vinaigrette style, egg confit with olive oil and lemon beurre blanc, a beef sirloin, gnocchi with fresh herbs, small fried artichokes and devil's sauce, a fine apple tart, salted butter caramel and vanilla ice cream.
