Chef's Restaurant There aren't many fine Indian restaurants in Paris, and Manoj Sharma's Jugaad is one of the few to boast two toques. The chef obviously draws his inspiration from the cuisine of his native country, seasoning it with his various professional experiences and, of course, adapting it to Western tastes. The chicken tikka with caramelized tomato sauce is a must, as is the salmon marinated in maple syrup, samphire pesto, curry yogurt and cardamom cream. Pleasant setting and atmosphere.
