Gault&Millau's review 2026

An ideal resort, just a few minutes from Geneva airport, with its golf course offering magnificent panoramic views of the Mont Blanc massif, and its well-appointed facilities. For good measure, the establishment offers two restaurants, including the Jiva Hill, which acts as the flagship with its solidly based, carefully sourced cuisine: snacked langoustine tails, virgin bean sauce with octopus and chorizo, snacked féra (from Lake Annecy), Provençal-style rolled zucchinis and reduced fish jus before a tender roasted veal loin, creamy peas and vegetable pod ravioli. Lovely desserts favoring lightness, including a successful combination of Alpine strawberries and peas.
