Gourmet Restaurant In the famous medieval town, the 3* Hotel Beau Site is one of the best places to set down your luggage, and enjoy the pleasures of a local market, staged by Xavier Menot. While enjoying the panoramic view from the dining room over the Alzou gorges, the chef's classic, well-rendered intentions ensure the house's reputation, without taking too many risks: a medallion of semi-cooked foie gras, a fillet of sea bass, baby carrots, spinach shoots and lemon olive oil emulsion, a leg of Quercy lamb and cantal potato gratin, a pavlova with Dordogne strawberries. Good prices.
