Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of bustling 17ᵉ, Janine plays the bistro decor card to the hilt, and it's pretty successful, whichever room you're seated in (regulars seem to favor the upstairs one and its antiques). There's a lot of laughter and chatter, and the dishes are very low-risk (marinated sardines, celery root, mussels and lemon condiment, grilled pork belly, carrot purée, endive salad with salted butter caramel sauce before a refreshing citrus crumble, lemon cream, yoghurt ice cream and tarragon syrup), but the pleasure is there, without complications. The cellar follows suit, with an attractive offer by the glass, and the service is in the right tone, smiling, and in a permanent sprint.
