Chef's Restaurant Italia Palladino's authentic Italian cuisine is always a hit with connoisseurs. And if we regret the absence of a menu, the menus are designed for a journey organized with passion and meticulousness. The €60 "grand apéritif dînatoire" is a good way to get acquainted with the chef's cuisine: vitello tonnato yuzu noisette, baccala mantecato polenta encre de seiche, gambas fenouil pamplemousse olive câpre, porchetta légumes poire fumée, gnocchis jus corsé citron Meyer, tiramisu praliné café amande grué de cacao au hasard de la dizaine de services. Transalpine cellar for connoisseurs, with around 80 references, large Voyage menu at €100 (€180 with white truffle).
