Gault&Millau's review2026
Everything's easier and more natural when you're passionate about it. Italia Palladino has set up a delightful table in the heart of old Avignon, where she expresses her love of Italian cuisine in general, through her own preferences and sensations. Communication with guests is always warm, and the Voyage en Italie offered in two formats (€70 and €110) is a journey to remember: pizza fritta scarole câpres anchois, vitello tonnato yuzu café moutarde, cod cime di rapa pomelo rôti, spaghetti alla chitarra artchaut safran citron poutargue, tiramisu arabica praliné café grué de cacao, just a few of the stages on an elegant journey, well mapped out in the meticulous dressings. Other plant-based proposals, themed meals and workshops, and a small but appropriate Italian cellar.
