Gourmet Restaurant The extremely friendly welcome really makes you want to find out more about this cuisine from the East, influenced by the Balkans and further north by Moldavia and Russia. Share the pleasant starters: beef and lamb in vine leaf sauce, sweetbreads in a herb crust with Jerusalem artichoke purée, compressed potato and leek, runny egg and vegetable compote... Then tackle the dishes for two, lamb shoulder confit then BBQ or smoked royal sea bream and finish with the pistachio and Iranian rose cake for a pretty, inexpensive trip.
