In the south of the Aubrac Park, a beautiful country inn, typical in appearance and spirit, with its many rooms, large terrace ideal in summer, and beamed dining room. Here, chef Jérôme Cantarel serves up a generous regional tradition at a decent price: veal sweetbreads marbled with button mushrooms and boletus cream, beef tournedos with boletus sauce and seasonal vegetables.
